    hey ive just been watching this arm break here and i was wondering wwhat would happen if instead of a kimura hammerhold with the left hand going over the other arm if u put the left hand under the other one and cupped it. to me this gives u the exact same hold its just using ur left biceps in a better way and if for some reason they are freakishly stron instead of being able to push out through ur hand they would be pushing into ur hand and therefore locking it up even tighter

    ill give this a go at training and tell you if it worked or not with me, love this site, big fan
