There are two aspects of MMA Training which we are going to focus on. The first is the actual fitness side of MMA which is probably equally as important as developing MMA skills.

In terms of fitness, we will be focusing on Conditioning which includes cardiovascular power and endurance along with Strength and Explosive Power. Whether you are in the cage or rolling on the mat, having the endurance to recover enables you to out think and outlast your opponent.

Your ability to operate in stressful situations such as an MMA fight is directly determined by your physical preparedness. Proper MMA Training includes strategies to enable you to think in critical situations.

Studies have shown your ability to process and react to situations is reduced when your heart rate reaches the 170 - 185 bpm.

We want to ensure you are continuing to improve your training and will be posting up training sessions you can integrate into your daily routine to give you an advantage over your competitors.

The second component to MMA Training is developing the skills. Obviously we are slanted toward Jiu Jitsu however we will also be focusing on content related to MMA Striking and Grappling.
